Working in the Vineyard
All vineyard tasks follow strict organic giudelines and adhere to cultivation methods that guarantee only the best quality: row of trellises, cordon training with 6-10 spurs per vine and pruning to ensure a maximum harvest of 1,8 kg to 2,2 kg per vine.
The grapes are hand-harvested and transported in crates and ensure that they reach intact the new built wine cellar.
