The vineyards Miccina (9 ha), Gerbino (12 ha) and Paradiso (20 ha) are located 350-450 meter above sea level in the community of Contessa Entellina (PA). The vineyards San Giacomo (4 ha) and Fiuminello (11 ha) flourish 650-800 meter above sea level in the mountains surrounding the community of Sambuca di Sicilia (AG).

These five vineyards produce the following grapes: Grillo, Inzolia, Cataratto, Grecanico, Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc.
